Our small neighborhood of 28 homesites is located in walking distance to the quaint downtown of Carefree, AZ. The Crossings has a professionally maintained tennis court nestled amidst professionally maintained desert flora. All sites have been situated for privacy with beautiful views of surrounding mountains of the Tonto national forest. All homes are custom built and range in size of 2500 to 4500 sq ft.  

While many retire to this part of the Phoenix valley, the booming businesses in the valley offer good employment opportunities. Located just north of Scottsdale makes Carefree an excellent town to escape the hustle of the Phoenix valley while having easy access to a wide variety of businesses. Many visitors to Carefree comment on its refreshing relaxed attitude. This translates to living a laid back lifestyle with plenty to do. There is golf, hiking, target shooting, boating, shopping, fine dining, horse back riding, off road adventuring, etc. Of course, there is the once a year neighborhood party to meet any neighbors you've not had the pleasure of doing so.
